Terms of Service

1. The Service

Framr is an AI video generation service. You upload a reference image, select a model and quality tier, and pay per video generated. No account or subscription is required. We act as a reseller of AI generation capacity provided by third-party model providers via the Higgsfield AI platform.

2. Payment

All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. By completing checkout you authorise the charge shown at the time of purchase. You will receive a receipt by email from Stripe.

3. No Refunds After Generation Starts

Generated videos are digital content delivered immediately after payment. By proceeding to checkout you explicitly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the EU right of withdrawal does not apply once generation has started (Article 16(m), Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). If your video fails due to a technical error on our side, we will regenerate it at no additional charge or issue a full refund.

4. Your Content & Consent

You retain all rights to your uploaded images and generated videos. By uploading an image you warrant that:

  • You are the person depicted, or you have obtained explicit written consent from every person depicted in the image to use their likeness for AI video generation;
  • You own or are licensed to use the image;
  • Your use complies with all applicable laws, including those governing image rights and consent.

You may use generated videos for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Framr to:

  • Generate content depicting real persons without their explicit consent (non-consensual deepfakes);
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene;
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party;
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits, resell raw API access, or reverse-engineer the service.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion and to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

6. Availability & Download Links

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation times depend on third-party AI providers and may vary. Your private download link is valid for 48 hours after generation completes; please download your video within this window.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected generation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or lost profits.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under mandatory local law.
